Damaged or Faulty Products — FREE Replacement

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, we will provide a free replacement or exchange at no cost to you:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage or fault
  • We will cover all return shipping costs
  • A replacement will be sent to you free of charge
  • No additional postage costs for you

Colour or Product Exchange — Customer Pays Postage

If you would like to exchange your product for a different colour or a different product:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • You will need to pay for the return postage
  • Exchanges are subject to availability
