At Tapovana Shop (shop.tapovana.co.uk), we stand behind the quality of our premium yoga mats. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward return and refund policy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your yoga mat for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The yoga mat must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The mat must not show any signs of use, wear, or damage

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@tapovana.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Package Your Item

Securely pack your yoga mat in its original packaging. Include the return authorization number and your order details inside the package.

Ship Your Return

Send the package to the address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Wrong item sent: We cover all return shipping costs and expedite replacement
  • We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery of your return

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item to ensure it meets return conditions
  • Send you an email confirmation of receipt
  • Process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your yoga mat for a different color or variant, please contact us at hello@tapovana.com. We'll arrange the exchange and cover shipping costs for the replacement item (subject to availability).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective yoga mat, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Yoga mats that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
